Clifford Concept 600 sensor adjust help!!
I got the concept 600, one with the external sensors that bleep when you get near the motor, only thing is you dont have to be that near for it to bleep
i called GAP Security, who fitted it and they told me they dont wanna know coz its over 14 months old
its driving me potty, just got a new job and it keeps bleeping in our car park!!
Does anyone know how to adjust the sensors? I did it once but cant remember how to do it, all i can remember is its a button combination on the master control then you can adjust the sensors up or down....
hopefully someone will know
cheers!!

PassionFord Post Whore!!
dunno how to adjust them up or down but if you press the two diagonal buttons (top left, bottom right) on the remote when armed, it should flash 4 times and this disarms the external proximity sensor
hope this helps
cliffords rock, very highly recomended, only if installed by a pro though

yeah to adjust them then....
1. get the master remote the one with the side button on!
2. turn the alarm off i.e. press the big button
3. press the side button 3 times
4. then press the bottom button on the alarm fob, it should chirp at u!
4. now press the left and right buttons to adjust the inside sensor, its should make a sound going higher and lower in a chirp
5. when ur done press the bottom button again this will alow u to adjust the outside sensor, again high and low chirps
6. when ur done press the bottom button again, and it should chirp 2 times
7. then pess the big button to exit the mode thingy
8. and press the big button to activate the alarm to try out the settings!
its a bit of a pain, I suggest u keep the inside settings around the same, as this is very sensitive, the outside can be adjusted accordingly, I have mine fairly sensitive as I can adjust it pretty easy, also if u press the side button twice and the big button it puts the alarm into silent. I would be carefull thou as u could knacker it all up and make it too sensitive, try little adjustments!

first off, cheers zvhturbo for the manual link
Personally i think thaty clifford alarms are good, ive had 2 alarms in 2 cars, had the concept 600 for 2 years and the only problem i had was when it was first put in it got wet but it got replaced and its fine with a plastic bag over it!!
lamar69er, tried following wot you said and it didnt work so i read the manual and it said press the button on the left instead of the bottom button and that adjusted the internal sensor.
Didnt say how to adjust the external sensor though....
any ideas anyone?
my alarms been in for 2 years so maybe its a older version than yours lamar69er, anyway, thanks for the help!

yeah it is but the position aint the problem, when i had the alarm installed i though it would be a good idea to adjust the sensor so it was more sensitive so i called gap and they told me how to do it..........
that was alright until i got a new job and have me car parked in a constantly used car park.
i just need to adjust it so its less sensative, the pdf tells you how to do the internal sensor but not the external
