Default Extra Radiator

I want to put in an extra small motorbike rad in my s2 to help on hot days in traffic etc. Question is, how do i plumb it? Do i put it in series with the std rad? Problem i can see, is that bike rads have small bore's, which may restrict the flow? Or, do i tee into the cooling circuit, and put it in parallel? It might not get coolant flow then :S

Does this work? Out of the outlet, into the second rad, then out and into the original rad turbo outlet?

Can't see why not. Pre-cooling the Super-heated water that comes out of the Turbo must have an effect.

Y - That will work OK .. just make sure the pipework is a good job!
I've also fitted them in the heater loop before (downstream of the heater)
That is also where aeration is definitely not an issue.

cooling the water/steam, using the turbo cooler from Pro alloy, that comes off the turbo b4 it goes back into the rad makes the WORLD of difference top mod
