Default Quick question

My s2 rst has been tuned using a standard airbox and runs amazing i have just bought a piperx induction kit and was wondering if i bolt this on will it fcuk everything up and need another tune ?

ok .. what you need to do is .......


keep the airbox .. but cut the front off of the top part only (so you can see the top part of the air filter) but not the actual base as it needs this to locate correctly... i used to run 22 psi with good low act's on this set up ... worked very well doesn't suck in all the hot air from the engine bay then

No the only reason ive got for a cone is my mate makes custom heat sheilding and my cars the test dummy but i just wanna know if its gunna knock everything out of tune ?

no it wont .. not a huge amount .. i used a cone in daily life just for the noise really and the air box on the track
