fitted my new cooler today, as any one got any ideas how to block the 2 pipes off that use to goto the standard charge cooler part of the old intercooler?





look how some one had fitted the rad, the rubber spacer was just jammed in, fooking idiots.

 

you need a piece of hose which is U shaped mate, most hose suppliers should be able to sort you one

 

how much do you want for your old intercooler with charge cooler mate

 

get some rust killer on that front cross member just join the 2 pipes together and job done

 

I guess you know you are missing an alternator bolt

 

we do a 180 degree alloy pipe for that
