is this the clutch to go for for around 220bhp?

 

Think they rate it to 200bhp, had one on my S1, standard clutched slipped instantly, this held up to the job, not sure on the power of mine but it was at around the 200bhp mark.

 

is there a higher spec clutch than this then?

the guy at AP rated it at 169 lb/ft

Surely I would need one 250 lb/ft to be safe????

Yes stu that clutch will be fine for 200+ bhp

AP rate them low and play it safe so they dont have any worrys with people complaining they are crap LOL.

My AP2000-8 has seen 220bhp + 230lbft and didnt slip and i believe Tim Butcher ran one in his RST and it didnt slip until well over 250bhp
