You've made the right decission Rich. It's like ending it with a girlfriend, play the field and if you dont find anything better, you can always return to her

James,

I hope so mate.

To be honest, I haven't enjoyed building the car half as much as I thought I would have, because although I'm mechanically minded, I'm not overly skilled, and everything takes far longer than it should.

I hope in the future I'll have enough money to get someone else to build the car for me, and I'll just stick to driving it! I much more enjoy that as it's something I'm reasonably good at!

Good decision Rich although it seems a shame that your not going to get to enjoy the fruits of your labour
Good luck with whatever you decide to do in the future

Wrong! Porsche is cheaper to service and depreciates alot less. Its also more fuel efficient so please tell me how the Evo is cheaper to run?

Evo is potentially faster and more practical, I will say that though.

Sorry to hear this Rich, I know how long you have spent getting it where it is today (not long after we found out Gem was pregnant, which was October 2003!!), was looking forward to a blast round Donington, especially after the laps at Bedford

Anyhow, best of luck with breaking it, hope you get decent money for it all

Agreee with Kev on this one Rich, I know how much work and effort you've put into this project (an the other white saff u had before). Think it is a big big shame you didn't get to enjoy for project not even once! I know how much you like track days....But what's been said is that anycar you can track...not just a taxi.

Good luck with your decision, think it's the hardest you've done for a great deal of time!

Smit.
