hi i was trying to put a post up in the cars for sale section ( for my rs 2000) but it wont let me. it stays i have to b granted special access or something? who do i ask or what do i do ????

ive just read the point list and it says by becoming a gold member i can advertise parts for sale but nothing about cars for sale ? ive just looked at 5 or 6 cars for sale and none of them are gold members so how did they do it and ive just remembered im sure i advertised my rs turbo on here when i was selling so why cant i advertise a car for sale now????
