I quite fancy one as an everyday car, what are they like and are there any specialist dealers (or are they now too old?)
Any one got one and want to give me the good and bad points?

absolutely fooking great cars mate.........
Look for the usual stuff, they do diff`s in at high miles and the rust attacks at the Scuttle, rear arches, boot floor side wells and low down on the front chassis legs, but apart from that they are mega.....
Oh and they drift as good if not better than s14 200sx`s...

E30's are the shit!
Just got my one a couple of months ago.. an insurance friendly 316i
But i love it, looks hard as nails, got plenty of trick bits, and the chicks dig a BMW
check out the forum on www.e30zone.co.uk has a for sale section, thats where youll find the right minters, aswell as some good ones, for not alot of money
Good luck finding one, blinding cars in my opinion!

i lvoe e30'a... owned a fair few now from a 318iS to a 325i motorsport cab (proper one!). Few 325i sports along the way!
Superb value for money, cheap to repair (when they go wrong which is still a rariety) and looks proper smart!! (great rear end action as well!!)
As above e30zone is the best to place to buy one.

E30's are the nuts, handle far better than its equivalent E36
Look better IMO too, saw one on www.findit.co.uk the other day, even had its original BBS rims on, looked stunning!
