Default Fitting other calipers

Which of the cosworth calipers can easy be adapted to fit to a mk6?
Heard 4wd but what about 3dr 2wd?

would think 4x4 would be easier due to better calliper clearance.

but anything is possible. 2wd would fit if you have enough clearance

Well im running rs 7 spoke 17" also whst the disc size for the 2wd and the 4x4, which are better stoppers?

283mm are 2wd.

unsure what 4x4 ones are, think there the same.

Generally i think there roughly the same, some say 2wd some say 4wd.

I think it mainly depends on the condition of the callipers, fully working calipers make a hell of a difference.

P.S I dont think your going to get 2wd callipers under those wheels without spacers so i think 4wd ones would be the safer option, but other will comfiem this

Hope they do thanks, (are they really that big) considering the discs are only a inch bigger

yes the disc will bolt straight onto yours the callipers however will not as far as im aware.

The 2wd callipers are not big as such just deep, due to beeing 4 pot callipers rather than the traditional 1 pot and slider callipers like yours and the 4x4 ones.
