283mm are 2wd.
unsure what 4x4 ones are, think there the same.
Generally i think there roughly the same, some say 2wd some say 4wd.
I think it mainly depends on the condition of the callipers, fully working calipers make a hell of a difference.
P.S I dont think your going to get 2wd callipers under those wheels without spacers so i think 4wd ones would be the safer option, but other will comfiem this

yes the disc will bolt straight onto yours the callipers however will not as far as im aware.
The 2wd callipers are not big as such just deep, due to beeing 4 pot callipers rather than the traditional 1 pot and slider callipers like yours and the 4x4 ones.
