Default brake coatings

i have some cosworth calipers i want coating to look good but not just painted as it look cheap any ideas? dont mind spending a bit of cash

powder coating them is quite a task as they need to be completely stripped and split into two halves.

so its alot of hassle just to coat them.

Just paint them properly with calliper paint.

I.e clean them right back with a wire brush and brake cleaner.

Then a couple of good coats so you get a smooth finish. Job Done

Cool thatnks guys, trying to avoid the Chav look, just kind of subtle so black is the way to go i think

Sandblast and zinc plate them, they will never rust again then if done proper

How do you zinc plate, galvanising? where can i get it done? Cost?

We get it done locally and cost is about 1/8 the price of a tin of paint
