christmas getaways, any one got any good ideas?
Looking to do a christmas getaway thing, cos Caelan will be only a few months old i am thinging still in the UK, and really fancy scotland, so looking at cottages over the christmas period in bonny scotland, but has anyone got any other areas that may also be nice? not Ireland

Took my seven-month-old to Morocco on a cheap package deal last year. It was chuffing great: 27 degrees C on Xmas Day and we were sat on the beach, with no in-laws in sight.

I'd say New York. Your pound will go further and there's so much to see and do in NY at Xmas. Excellent atmosphere too. Nice pic of Loch Ness that someone posted but it wont be looking like that in mid December!!!!!!!
