Escort RST....CVH...FIRING ORDER!!!!

haynes manual says 1-3-4-2 (i think) BUT

Can anyone tell me......(if your looking at the end of the dizzy cap) which one is which???

top left?
top right?
bottom right?
bottom left?

(as we had a small problem yesteday and need this checking to make sure)

what prob? if the order was wrong, the car wouldnt hardly run, if at all

the problem was that the dizzy was not fitting right....

the car wasn;t going to run anyhow mate.....it hasn't had any pistons in it for the last 5 months!!
