APR6FS is a Pinto style plug with a 18mm thread and tapered seat, so you have nooo chance of fitting it in your cossie! Even if you could' it is way too hot a heatrange for that application - a standard NGK plug needs to be at least an "8" heat range to even start being suitable.

Ford Motorcraft AGPS071C is the plug that ultimate sleeper is probably thinking of - listed as RS Turbo application by Ford, at least as good as pp8's and less than Ł12 from your friendly Ford dealer

I use the standard Big turbo Escort Cossie plugs gappaed at 0.6mm in my Stage one Saff and have NEVER had any problems

They come in a Motorcraft box but are made by DENSO NIPPON & I think they are something like Ł11 each, but i work for fords and get a HUGE discount on them, so i get the set for about Ł17

PP8's are a good plug BUT only suitable for std and stage 1 cars as they are a reasonably hot running plug and thus are not suitable for power outputs over around 280bhp.

O71's are a reasonable plug in terms of heat rating but I do not recommend them as the short reach on the ground electrode means that the centre and and ground electrodes wear quickly (Due to material and surface area proximity) which if not checked and gapped on a regular basis can cause miss fires.
