I read it extensively during and after id quit as well, and that was when my decision really started to feel like a decent one, as it outlines all the ways you were hooked and didnt realise.. for example:

Its shocking how much the addiction affects your life and we dont notice and concentrating on these areas is the way to give up.. i know, ive tried to quit my 60 a day habit for over 10 years! But hey... no point me giving advice if no ones listening
