Default Head skimming - valves in or out?

Hi all, wana start stripping my head but not sure if i shoul dget it skimmed first before i grind the valves in or if i can get on and strip it as im bored

Doesnt really matter TBH, perfectly reasonable to skim the head all built up.

Yes but make fecking sure you clean it out well afterwards of course, dont want any swarf hiding in the valve throats waiting to enter the engine!
