Another NMS Engine on the road (With Pic)
Well, when the f-cking rain stops it will be.
Really big thanks to Karl for doing yet another great engine. Taken me long enough, but it was well worth the wait.
+ Quaife Diff
+ Decent Suspension and Brakes
But until the f-cking rain stops, I'm having to make do with

ALAN : Clutch sorted..... Ratchet re-set, not slipping anymore, desperately trying to get some miles on it, so I can get it back to Karl for final mapping. Wish the damned rain would stop. Last engine put out 370bhp, and already with a limit of 23psi and 5500 rpm on Karls running in chip, its already a damned site quicker. and just no lag at all (Especially compared to the T4) ...... A much nicer engine all round. One very small water leak to find before I take it out again. Nothing serious, hose needs nipping up somewhere, but I'll find it.
Way over 400bhp, and low lag, big torque NMS....No more shit.

Hi Andy,
Will be open for free rides as soon as Karls done the final mapping. Don't want to let the red mist go over the eyes until its finished properly.
Gimme a week or two.....

100% Original, even original exhaust and tyres. Then I met Rainbird........ , now Karl, the rest is history. In fact the rest is now
THIS...... WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER.......

Karls confident of 420bhp on anyones rollers

Had it since 1991, when it was 18months old with 22,000 miles from new. Had it stored away for ten years while I was working in the good old'e USA, and brought it out about three years ago, and it all went from there. Now she has 39,000 miles on it, and still looks as good (If not better than when I bought it). Just goes alot quicker. Basically only been on the road for five years of it's life, and very rarely in the wet, and only as a toy. Totally mint, really should get an agreed value on the insurance. Something to sort out pretty soon I guess

Injectors.....Arghhh. As for the fuel lines and fitting, Nope, Group A Pump, fully re-wired with 30amp cable and relay, Goodrich hoses from tank to Pump, and Pump to fuel rail, which Karl Modified as I'm using an EEC 4 Inlet Plenium. Goodrich fittings and lines throughout.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Very nice, and what a cool story, buying it, then storing it, while going away to America then coming back and getting your pride and joy out again. Reminds me of that clip from the Italian Job, where Caine is out of prison collecting his Aston from a storage garage.
Garage Owner - "you've been away for quite a while"
Caine - "shooting tigers"
Garage Owner - "the garage bill is quite large i'm afraid"
Caine - gets a big wodge of notes out
Garage Owner - "you must have shot a lot of tigers"
Caine - "yes I use a machine gun!"
Very nice car, well done
