Any reduction in weight will help lower times.

A reduction in wheel size will help sprint times

An increase in wheel size will help top speed.

reduction in weight will help lower times. thanks but anyone know the difference in weight as i found a set

reduction in wheel size will help sprint times not really as bigger help not to spin as much, depeneds on power.

increase in wheel size will help top speed. sometimes youll get less top speed if u dont have the power.

just need to know weight differece, anyone?

1) not a clue

2) smaller rolling radius will make it spin up quicker (if you have grip) so will be quicker.

3) longer rolling radius will take it further

Compo's are very heavy so i doubt there would be any advantage over the Ford wheels.

the alleged 'light' alloys aint really much lighter than normal wheels.

I know cos i sell em. Its a couple of kg's at most.

If ur lookin to lighten ur car, strip it.....the difference between normal alloys and lightweight ones is minimal. there is no piont buying lightweight wheels unless they are magnesuim , which is allegedly a lot lighter (dont know, never sold a set of those)

liight wheels do alot more that losing the same weight int he car as the rolloing radius is free to spin easier

we done this on mountain bikes, i fitted ti spokes to my wheels and never saved that much weight but the bike was easier to ride and more refined than using carbonforks ect

PS: MO's are fooking heavy wheels hence why the rl7's are the wheel of choice if available, but MO's are strong as thats what there primary design is about, fook all to do with weight, the onlky reason they made em 5 spoke was they cold be as strong as they need and that was the lightest they could get em

have ya thoughts about titainium wheel nuts
