Is going to be spent on the NHS 3rd biggest institution in the world 1st is Chinese army! Well there a Billion peeps living in China and most of them still have to give a certain service to the army And the indian Railways which i find surprising as they dont seem the best But prob better than ours

 

Its not how much they get that pisses me off, its how much they sqaunder on useless things instead of helping the people the moneys intended for

 

Gross inefficiency is the entire NHS culture!

That needs to be changed before you go chucking money at it to cover the cracks up!
