the difference between 2wd and 4x4 cossie calipers as my discs n pads are fooked

2wd are 4 pots and 283mm discs
4wd are single pistons and 278mm discs

Both vented

Just a little extra info. (going from memory)

IIRC The 4x4 calipers and mounts will bolt straight onto the S1 hubs. But you'll have to use 2wd discs. Because of the offset. You "may" find you need to shim the caliper a little to get it all to line up centrally.

Other alternative is to drill out your hub and retap it for the M16 (2wd) caliper to bolt straight on. Not sure which Discs you'll need for that but i think. Ian will be able to advise you. (Not used his services)
