urgent!!

can any one tell me if the 4x4 cossie starter motor is the same as 2 wd starter??
Mines just gone tits up and is jammed on, and i need to get a new one but only listing the starters upto 1990 ?

a ford part no. would help also? we are thinking the 4x4 ones were smaller than the 2wd

no they are different! different gearboxes different starters
