Thats it, think of your brain like a circuit, normally you see something, it shows up in your present consciousness then its stored in your memory.

Deja-vu is when the circuit fucks up and it go's through your memory before hitting your present consciousness, making you think you've seen it before

Normally happens when you wank too much.

I'm sure I've posted this before.....

I don't think there is "living" life after death.

When your dead your well, dead!

The only way to live after death is to create a legacy - or at least do something people will remember you for rather than just fade away.

I'm sure everyone has this "great great uncle twice removed cousion brother" who did something outrageous or has a blinding claim to fame.

If there still being spoke about then they live on.

On another note the mind is a very powerful thing and I do beleive in higher planes of thought and conciousness. I've been there!

very good post but it could effect some peaple if we say there is life
after death peaple could start taking there own life's it sounds daft
but it can happen .

ive had a hard past yes i have like many tried to take my own life but
why we do it i dont know, there is a time when alot of peaple are feeling
a little down of something and dont go for help it has taken 4 years to
build my life back and it is getting there.

i think there is something after death and im ready for it.

Please expand. By PM if you wish.

No-one yet has mentioned anything about people who "nearly" die in operations, or accident, and see the big bright light.

wow-cool post. I do have very strong views on this and i'll make my views simple.

Yes i do believe in life after death.

Certain asian beliefs think that if u have a gud life you come back strong like a tiger but if a bad life a spider for example.

There are certain beliefs (one my uncle is into ) that there is actually 7 worlds and each time we learn a lesson in life we move onto another world and learn another lesson. I dont mean uranus but neing re-incarnated back onto earth but under another name.

Theres a guy at my head office, Andy, who has undegone regression hypnotherapy and apparently in his last life he was a french soldier.

There are also soooo many people who have out of body experiences etc , it makes it impossible IN MY OPINION not to belive in life after death.

Like my cousin who commited suicide in 1977, and spoke to his dad 9my uncle).

I think its one of those things you either believe in or dont. I believe in god and afterlife. But if you dont believe in god but in afterlife wheres the difference? I have read loads on this stuff.

Life after death... yep. YOu die and help something else live as it eats your remians.

Religion--- old, worn out beliefs that were fine for our small minded ancestors that werent as advanced and had no other scientific reason as to why they were alive, and why the sun shone thru the day and it got dark at night.. ... now we have science, religion is more of a fary tale imo.

Matt...we are still evolving and advancing, thus still finding out even more things everyday. Where we came from could be discovered in another million years if we aint killed each other first

oh dear.

religion has nothing to do with it. most preach of a "heaven" of some sorts. what was suggested earlier, is that your "soul" moves on. What was it Yoda said about "crude matter"? (No I don't beleive in "The Force" before anyone starts.)

I believe in the force Yoda said 'Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter' I think what he was saying was your spirit is what you are not your body.
How could you not believe the rantings of a pointy eared muppet?
