koni suspension wot settings

hi there just got a set of konis and 25mm lowering springs for my escort cos wots the best all round setting to put them on the cars about 340 bhp .so is it soft med or hard cheeeerssss

set em to soft, and go up if you feel you need to...

set the rears to max and the fronts 1 turn from min do not set them on min

Why not to minimum?

I set min to min as after getting in the car after 8months of conmfory driving it was too hard

No im used to it agian might set it back to medium

do not set them to min there is insufficient damper control to suppress the coil oscilations.This tends to reveal itself when cornering and the steering wheel oscilates.
