RS2000/XR3i Rear beam with discs - is it hard to fit???

whats involved in upgrading drums to discs on mk5 xr3i ???

In theory it should be more or less a straight swap. It's the fact it's a large item that means you could do with a second pair of hands.

Just hope you don't get any siezed bolts...

you can either just undo the 4 bolts on each stub axle, drill out the 2 rivets for each backing plate for the discs, then bolt straight up to the the drum beam, or you can compltely reomove the beams and do a straight swap.

you will need a mk5 rs2k handbrake cable too.

not to too hard to really
