Thinking about getting my engine rebuilt and just wondering on what sort of price I am looking at to do this.

As chip said but im gonna lower the starting price to £450

 

if its standard type build £550 fitted plus parts

 

Presuming you are asking about a CVH Turbo then my builds start at £2200.

Just to add to that, this price is for a fully reconditioned unit, not an engine which has just had a clean up, bores honed and a new set of rings and shells thrown in......

So don't get upset when some one quotes you £500 for a rebuilt engine cos chances are they will be quoting you for a refreshed engine.
