Default DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RS turbo and FRST engines?

Is there a lot of difference between the two? and could you use a FRST head on a RS T bottom end and vica versa?

just curious really

Block has the hole for the CPS
Head is different on inlet side to allow injectors to sit right
Think there is difference with the oil return from th eturbo but not 100% sure there.

Don't think there is much more than that though
