Who can flow test something for me?

What do you want flow testing? I use a superflow flow bench but its only any use for showing pressure loss in head ports with different valve lifts etc.

 

an inlet manifold.

i did speak to dingy at the weekend about having one of yours, but he assures me you wont make me one, so i've had to look elsewhere.

Why do you want to flow test an inlet manifold, and more importantly what do you think the results will show you?

To test an inlet system you need the entire intake system including the head so that you have the full track length to test.

This can be done but I have to make fixtures up to use your setup on the flow bench which will of course cost you extra but if its a new product you want testing then it may be worth your time.
