There I was sitting peacefully at work just getting on with what I do (not a lot just sit on the net most of the time) when one of the brokers we deal with came over and said that they'd had someone drop out of going to Goodwood festival of speed on friday, would I like to go?

Hopefully should be a good day & by the looks of it the weather going to be quite good as well for all weekend, but we all know how quickly that can change.

1st time of going so not too sure what to expect really. a couple of the blokes that I work with went last year so got a general idea but be nice to see it first hand this year.

 

I'm driving the 400+ miles down from Fife on saturday, did the same last year and it was well worth it. Where else will you get to see F1 cars, Nascars, dragsters, supercars, classics..... all on the same day? The biggest shock for me was the noise. If you're going for the first time you'll know what i mean at the end of the day.

What!!!! Its on this weekend!!!!! Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

 

Hopefully the noise shouldn't be too much of a problem, went to Le Mans a couple of weeks ago and they were seriously noisy.

 

I don't believe it, after thinking I was going to Goodwood tomorrow it's now gone down the pas as the person who i was going instead of has now decided he wants to go

Oh well at least I can have a good drinking session down the pub tonight now then
