I know plenty of veggies. They are all thin but almost every one of them has bad skin and a pasty complexion. No matter what they say about being able to get all their nutrients from non animal produce I jsut dont believe it or they wouldnt look like you do. I'd hate to kill an animal but they jsut taste soooooooooo good! and hey you can't argue with millions of years of evolution jsut because our brains have evolved - can you?

Human Beings are not designed to only eat Veg.
My advice, eat everything (as long as it's dead) and enjoy it.
If you're allergic to meat then fair enough, but for fucks sake please don't be a veggie because you feel sorry for the poor little cows or something.....

i'm a veggie and have been for 9 years now! 
I eat lots of salad, veg, potatoes, pasta etc and obviously not meat, i dont like the texture or taste. And i dont eat fish either
i hate it!
But really it's not that difficult to cut meat out of your diet, and it definately keeps you thin! LOL I'm on my way to converting rudey, the only meat i feed him is chicken LOL
But there's nothing wrong with me i dont take any vitamins etc and i'm perfectly healthy! and i'm not pasty either lol
