Default oil cooler

my car hasnt had a oil cooler fitted so im thinking i should fit one when i put it back togther anybody know what fitting i will need cheers

you need a sandwich plate beteen the filter and the block you'll need a thermostat too, some of the plates have them built in [unless you're dry sumped ]

Think burton do mocal kits with all the right connections and hoses

i was advised against using a thermostat..

think its different strokes, I'm led to understand that turbo cars need them less cos owners tend to warm the car up more before they boot it anyway
