Totally lost with this, ive bought small items b4 no worries and paid via paypal, now im wanting to pay an invoice just short of £200 nika and its telling me i cant beacause im not verified, so i follow the steps as instructed and verify address etc.. now its asking mne to set up D/D etc and wanting me to send a signed mandate off to them, Surely this is a load of Rollax ??? whats the highest unverified amount you can send ??

Thought the highest unverified was £550?!

I suppose you could send the money in 2 lumps? you would of course incure a fee for both transactions, but its better than not paying at all

P.s Get verified by phone, go to the 'VERIFY ADDRESS' link, give the phone number for the address you want verified (landline only) wait for a call from them (usually takes 30 seconds, then enter the pin your given on the webpage. *MAKE SURE IT IS A TOUCH TONE PHONE FFS*

Yes done the phone verification, but says it requires me to complete a direct debit mandate aswell to become verified and they'll send our take two small amounts from my bank in the next couple of days, i then have to notify them of these amounts and then i'll become verified
