The nearest thing to that is an RS Turbo or a RS Focus.
Clearly unlike you your mate isnt a completely clueless moron, and you should be apologising to him for wasting his time with your ignorance and inablity to grasp a simple fact even when people in this thread have already told you that you are wrong.
hope that helps.
do come by again when you have less time

Dear MyMate
Im terribley sorry that i was completely wrong, and argued and argued anyway that cossies were front wheel drive.
This is because i know NOTHING about cossies what so ever, but i like to pretend that i do, because i think that somehow driving a boring middle of the range escort qualifies me to do so despite me not even knowing which end to put the petrol in and having to get my mum to fill it up for me.
In future i will accept that you are far cleverer than me, and i will not question you.
sorry for being a waste of space

erm... no. i started off in an xr3i, mazda 323 4x4 turbo, golf gti then a 2.0zvh xr3i.
now at the age of 20, i own a 2wd saff (around 300bhp) and an escos project car. insurance is a killer though!
before anybody asks... no, i don't have rich parents, i just worked hard to get what i wanted from the day i left school.

fuckinhell even if butler meant the question, theres no need for every1 to have a go at him. take the piss, yes, but no need to slag him off.
a 20 year old being able to run a 400 bhp cossie... rich daddy? insurance alone would cost as much as the car each year...
adrian flux told me me roughly Ł100 extra for every 10bhp increase...
the only way i can affort a rst at 19 is because my dad pays half of my insurance, if he didnt i wouldnt be able to afford to buy petrol

(all tpft)
first year xr3i Ł2600
second year Ł1800
third year Ł800 (including the 323 turbo and golf, swapped the policy around a bit)
this year started at Ł500 on the xr3i... then up to Ł2000 for the saff

Butler,
I think the confusion is that FWD can mean Four Wheel Drive or Front Wheel Drive.
Most people class it as 4WD or 4X4.
As everyone else has said.....No FRONT wheel drive Cossies.

had my own 270BHP flint grey 2WD saffy cos when I was 19, paid for by myself and insured in my own name , cost lots to insure but was well worth it, I still have it in the garage now being built to 500+ BHP and I have a 370BHP moonstone 2WD saff at the moment as my daily runner, again paid for and insured by myself, and I'm 24 now . If you willing to put the work and blood sweat and tears into it you can pretty much have what you want IMHO.
But anyway, bit of pisstaking is fine, but keep it friendly as I felt a few of the comments above were a bit harsh (as usual) , who cares if you drive a 1.1 or a escy cos, its a FORD website not a cosworth website so chill, and remember there have been/will be times when you dont know about somthing
