Default Zero Disc offset Q

To get zero disc offset, I think that’s what it would be called?

I want to mount a brake disc onto the "back" of a hub flange but I want it to have zero offset with its carrying bell i.e. have the bell running flat to the disc instead of raised up like most.
Can it be done without elaborate machining of the bell cos I can’t picture how it should be done
Anyone got any pics to show how it might look or even work

Ps I hope that makes sense
