Get 20 mates to park their cars in the road and stand around chatting.
Just say to the new buyers "oh, thats just local kids, nothing to worry about, they normally leave about 4am and have only ever broken a few windows etc, no real damage done"

keep em comming hes italian is thier anything they hate? 220k hes offering being ripped to fook aswell its basically a rundown empty shell no fitted kitchen ect but has big drive and fountain in the garden to make it look nice its built on an old brick yard thiers cracks in the walls no drainage it soaks into the bricks as the earth under is clay to the right is a nursery my bedroom over looks it so 8am every morn 60 screemin kids thunderin about on them plastic bastid wheeled toys to the left is a dog rescue home at the mo they have 18 spaniels in a 3 bed house its piss infested and the back garden backs onto an asian victor meldrews house whos sons are fedz when i first walked past this house i thought wow dreamhouse im sooo glad ive rented for so long just shows ya alls not what it seems im going back to the estate more privacey than these posh places ironic when you think i went away from thier to find abit of peace n quiet n privacy

when i was rented the same happened, although i was leaving anyway, but never cut the grass or anything so the garden was so overgrown that the grass was almost waist high nobody bought it either wish i had now tho as a 2bed flat in millhill would be worth alot more than 78k

(the display 1 1500 notes) that much he coulda just said can ya park it in the garage

good price for houses round there, im lookin at one near coopers, 112k 3 bed, semmi, seperate garage etc

i had this problem the other day, but its me whos buying, the tenant just didnt answer the door, he was blantley there as the curtain moved, hes done it a few times now, put me off, didnt go back!
also just board one of the front windows up, and say the kids on the road keeps smashing it, when there gone, just take the board down, boarded up windows always gives bad impressions!!
