i have got a focus 1.8 zetec 1999, its low mileage 50 k 2 owners, it runs and drives fine, but seems to pink very slightly when i increase the revs from tickover, the fuel consumption seems to be a fair amount more than my previous 1.8 si escort,,, i know that the gearing is different on the focus and that some early ones had ECU problems, any ideas?
