Best hope you never have an accident then, I did exactly what you said above then got caught in a pile up on the motorway, Ins Co took me to the cleaners for not declaring 3 points. Always tell them everything now.

Those 3 were for SP30 but are now spent.
Im in my 4th year of 6 points for SP50, shouldve been a ban but I begged the court....... lots. Was caught doing 104 on the M1.

clare no matter what the do me for ( like another 100 quid fine IF i have a accident even though i have never since i have been driving) i would still be ontop as the insurance would be over 1800 quid for some reason this year

with a specialist company who deal with "good drivers" i pay 356 quid fully comp

so unless they fine me over 1500 quid i actually win, and as i have been doing it for the past 3 years that means i saved arround 5k

dont get me wrong its a risk but the worst case senario aint as harsh as being a good boy

but i still hate when im inocent as then i get all the shit

got a warrant i really need to find the time to attend
and a sumons for a case thats got all the details wrong

but i can scam my way out of things that im guilty of as i know what to reply and supose im not as bothered as i can only get caught

i wont mention my house insurance deals i do to get new items every year when they die

like my 3 month old baby sticking a toy in the video making it not work ( i actuallyu had to buy a toy that would fit and do damage to get a new one )

but notice i aint got a clue about the inocent things

Ginge, the pigs got the road name completely wrong on my summons, but the court have a loop hole to change that on the day!

Ginge, im really not reading all that mate............... but I read the first couple of lines........ it cost me near on £1000 for not disclosing 3 points, they are also within their right to invalidate your policy in the event of an accident due to non-disclosure. Just cos you might be a good driver doesnt mean everyone else on the road is, what if someone else causes the accident, like they did in my case? All i'm saying is bare it in mind, I never expected to get caught in a million years but I did.

rudey i cant as im a delivery driver for fords

no licence means me keeping the job aint good

its my first week too, should i tell em or not

he already checks the tyres for wear every day as he knows i own a cossie

its a fooking diesel transit that the most ive got out of it was 90

but hes impressed as i done my delivery of all over the M25 with a target tome of 7 hours in wait for it

just over 5 hours , first day i was back at 6 yesturday i was back at 4 and was told thats what there looking for

today i got back at 1:30 , im not sure what they think about that tbh but the roads where sooo clear

i went from central london to enfield, to barking then dagenham then EPSOM ( i drove past alexzvh posing in the H plate cabrio on monday, roof down and moaning about traffic ) then toi stianines then alperton and back to central london

i never broke the speed limit once

but what if the road didnt exist and the actual name of the road that was ment was not the fooking road but another road

surly thats alot of bad infomation and the fact i wasnt stopped meaning it could have been another car, another day, another planet

Its different for every case, but you'll have to plead not guilty to fight it, then if it goes tits up, your sentance will be 1/3 worse than if you pleaded guilty in the first place

rudey its the extra points im worried about, im allowed the 9 i got as a favor for a mate

if i get another 6 im not sure hes gonna pay for the extra premium

thats 15 points for a new driver for serious offences when the company will only employ people with no more than 6 for minor offences

the family thing defo works, and the need the car for work is the fooking best, thats why i never got a ban the last time , was gonna tell em im a traffic warden and hope the mason brother hood would be good enough but my other mate done that for drunk driving and got her sentance fior a first offence to 2 years instead of the usually 1 year, somtimes 6 months as she should know better

she wasnt that much over the limit on the lowest test either

so i lied and claimed i was a courier as the couriers when i worked as a traffic warden all had 15 to 18 points on there licence

i asked for the car to be removed but not the cycle for work use but they cant do that , so i got the ultra min for the worst offence and a find of 100 quid

justice was served that day, i felt like i won the lottery when that was told to me

now im being stitched up

8 points in total
3 for speeding, got caught by a traffic car, and another 5 for speeding got caught by one of those NESCAMP vans, the ones that can catch you going towards them that was about +70 in a 40 i think.
i don't condone speeding, but i can honestly say i only ever do it on quiet counrty roads or dual carriageways when there is no one about, i.e first incident was about 4am and no traffic, and the second was a beautiful sunny day on a dual carriageway with no other cars, all be it a 40 mph limit, but i was due to go on holiday about 2 hours later so i was a bit excited so to speak.

Totted up 14 points back in 98, had my licence revoked!

Sat my theory test AGAIN
Then my driving test AGAIN

Day the last of them came off I was in court getting another 5

Licence is hopefully clean October 2006!

Top Tip! Once you get a clean licence, make sure you tell the DVLA you have lost it. Once you have two copies, you can use it for job interviews etc. that require a clean licence. A 60yr old man told me that!

well i got 3 points 5 years ago when i first started i was doing 44 in a 30 60quid fine n 3points

but last oct i got caught doing 116!! By a mobile saftey van down the a127!!

yep you read it right 116MPH,

well i didnt hear anything for ages then i got a letter through saying that my car was caught speeding etc was i the driver, so i sent it back agreeing to it all, and then got a court summons. when i finally went to court i got a 28day ban 130quid fine plus 35quid court fees which in fact i think i got let off with a good result.
