Its not advertised as RS500 seats, if you read the listing it says,
ford recaro rs2000? not rs500/xr2i/rs turbo
just using the 500,xr2i and turbo parts to get more hits via a search

mk5 escorts have different handles on the runners to adjust the seat, they are on the side by where the seatbelt clicks in.
