News announced recently at work.....................
For those who are old enough to remember watching Dukes of Hazzard on a Saturday night, the 'General Lee' car featured was a 1969 Dodge Charger (as shown below).
The Charger model range continued until 1978, when it was phased out of the range.

For 2005 the Dodge Charger name has been re-introduced.
Available with a 250 hp V6 or a 340 hp HEMI V8 engine. The SRT8 variant
features a 425 hp 6.1litre HEMI V8.
Production of the Dodge began this spring at the Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada, with availability in North American markets in early summer.

Doesn't quite have the same character looks of the original imo

Should have built it with the viper V10 and a 5 speed box, larger wheels and as a 2 door.
Then it would have earnt the name Charger!
I'd still rather have a Mustang (or the new Camaro when it comes out)
