Default T5 - 2WD Clutch Options

Sounds like my Release bearing has given up....

Using a standard cover with an alcon plate...

What other options are decent for 2WD

That old set up was fine for 370-400bhp - But not for 450-480 LOL....

Triple plate ? Costs
AP Group A ?

Steve,
Given the low weight of your car, you should be fine with the Alcon clutch AND cover (will improve the life / feel dramitically if you hydraulic it as well ) at this power level.

With my Sapphire, I never had any problems with this clutch and that had 515bhp (flywheel) and weighed 1275kg.

Mike you speak like Hydraulics is a new thing LOL...

Had a hydraulic clutch for about 4 years LOL....

So if I get a new cover and release bearing as the plate has only done 1500 miles....

Might be worth getting the lot LOL

OK brom

Steve,
It IS unusual for Cossies .

Can't believe you tried to put a crappy standard cover in though and then expected it to do anything with 400bhp .
