How the hell can anyone answer that when you dont say what it is to begin with?
Also .20" thou of what?
Skimmed off the top of the pistons (if so what shape are they), or a thicker head gasket?

Whats the diameter of the hole in the gasket? (its not exactly the same as the bore) and what CC engine is it?

Guess you dont need it mega accurate anyway.
Basically you are looking at about 2.5cc more
So unswept will go up from 54.8ish to about 57.3
So 457.3 / 57.3 = 8:1
