13 being a key age as under 13 is the point at which statutory rape kicks in fully in english law and is classed as full out rape if you sleep with them.

Mr Best, 59, was questioned over the indecent assault claim when he was arrested on 9 June in connection with an alleged assault against a woman.
It is alleged that Mr Best punched a 34-year-old woman outside the home of his ex-lover, Gina Devivo, in Ewell, Surrey.
Didn't know that either!
Hope he hasn't done any of this as its totally out of order, but then there's so much speculation surrounding people like him who knows!

i couldnt give a fuck who he is! getting a second chance at life and pissing that up the wall made me loose total respect for the twat! hope he gets whats coming to him....and that aint his bird beating him up again!

There was a pic in the paper this week of him with cuts and bruises on his face from his new missus giving him a pasting in self defence, and she also busted her arm doing it.
I totally agree with what James said, he's a complete waster, if I had a second chance like he has I would enjoy life, not knock women about
