No ones saying anything about temprament though

It all comes down to ability and professionalism , something which only very few of the current premier class possess and thats their trouble .

Eg Shanghai GP , Gibernaus tyres went off ................ and instead of doing his warm down lap he parks the bike at the end of the pit wall and walks back to the pits

Theres a lot of Physcological warfare in MOTO-GP and at the moment Vale is the General in command

IMHO there weren't any prob on Sete's tyre, not more than for the others. He did this to justify him losing the race

I know , although if you go back and watch it , you can see him deliberately spinning up the tyre destroying it as he knew hed never get a podium

As to me, i'm eagerly awaiting the road Desmosedici... fook me, the Ducati temper and style in the most powerful road bike ever produced... but also one of the most expensive

No it has to be 900 before then , however its Honda that are pushing for 800cc but they have strong oppostion from nearly every other team in Moto-GP paddock simply because of the cost involved of redesigning a new engine where as 900 would require just to be short stroked

Nope, the 800cc have been confirmed this week end, it's 100% official. It won't be 900 : it will be 800cc before 2007 now, as well as 1 liter less in fuel tanks.

Ahhhhhhh ok so it seems Honda got their way then

Damn shame really as I think the way the current series is going MOTO-GP is at its finest

I also think that Honda claim that 800cc is for saftey issues is bollocks though

True, they just pull the strings of the game.
Another problem is that now, after this, Superbikes may be more powerful than MotoGP, soon... how will this be sorted ?
And security is a fookin pretext, as a 800 can give 250 hp, just like a 1000. It's not power that limits MotoGP, it's the way to have the power tramsitted to the ground. so the 800 will just be as powerful.

I think this will be devastating for the class , as at the moment theres only a grid of a maximum 20 ish bikes , and I think the lower budget teams will just throw the towel in as the costs will be just too much .

Its ok for Honda who have a fleet of development 800cc bikes already going and have an unlimited budget

Indeed , but why ? whats the fookin point of it

Soon it wont matter if a rider has mediocre talent as the bike will be doing most of the work , what with different fuel maps at the flick of a switch and traction control etc etc

I can see this being the demise of it just like F1 when it becomes tedious to watch

Did u see the duke's traction control! very impressive! & fook me it was quick in a straight line! probably due to the fact that capparossi is 1/2 the size of a school boy but aye still went like stink down the straight!

Did you see his Missus bend down to hug him in parc ferme

And then Rossi pick him up and swing him about

The Ducati Desmosedici is the most powerful of all MotoGP bikes, it goes 20 km/hr faster in the straight line of the Mugello...

Deano --> Diablo Corsa's are great, but BT14, what are they thinking about
Diablo Corsa are the best, they can only be compared with Dunlop D208 IMHO, i always choose one of those for my track bikes

Over here the BT014s get great reviews , although in tests they still do come second fiddle to the Diablo Corsas

Deano Why Gibernau's helmet...I hate that guy!! Why not melandri if you've bought the bike. Besides if Sete keeps not finishing he's going to be behind Melandri in the team order next season, if he's there at all!!
