Shipping to USA

Got a few things to ship to USA at the moment, but my usual shipper is avin a laugh about the price, so if anyone can recommend anyone that would be great.

how big are the 'things' ? maybee you could ship them as part of a groupage container, be cheaper then

cheapest and best method is Parcelforce International Standard via your local post office - take anything upto 30kg and upto 1.5m long

3dr rear fin to the states is £75 this way - couriers want well over a ton
