Default Quick Plumbing question

My Bathroom has just been gutted and revamped, now my plumbers have moved the pipes for my radiator, but couldnt fit it cos i needed to tile, but now i have tiled i cant get hold of em (good job i didnt pay em full wack tho )
All the pipes are there and i my new rad is one of them towel rad things, is it an case of just connecting it up or do i need to drain the whole system? i have a combi boiler if that helps)

Also i have a thermostatic shower to fit (again all pipes sorted) just need to tile beofre it was fitted again can i just turn the water off connect to pipes turn water on, or do i need to drain the system?

cheers for help

Will have to drain the system for the rad/towel rail to be fitted.

For the shower, just turn the water off and drain out the water in the pipes

Don't mean to doubt your plumbing credentials Tiff, but if the valves are already fitted to the radiator pipes, then you can just connect to the rad and bleed it,right? IF the valves are fitted.

Yes, but i assumed the valves that are fitted will need to be changed if having a towel rail fitted.

IF the valves are the correct ones for the towel rail, then just connect up and vent out. Dont forget to re-pressurise the boiler aswell
