RST won't idle - any suggestions?
My RST is standard bar the induction kit, full mongoose and dump valve (which has just been removed) and once warmed up, is not happy idling and tries to cut out at junctions - cleared out the breather system, whats next??

has it allways done this?
My guess would be an air leak either from a split hose or loose lubilee clip.
another possibility is the car not having a knock senor (assuming you are using a S2 ecu) this will cause poor idling and generally crap running
A buggered TPS wont help either.

check after binning the dump valve cheack for air leaks, dont forget the breather feeds to the metering head and if that aint done up ya get a shit idle and also poping and banning when backing of when driving

It Wasnt Me!
check air leaks everywhere, boost hoses, breather, oil cap, dipstick.
then check aux air device (idle speed control valve) clean with WD40 or carb cleaner and check earth for this on the wiper motor bit. . very technical
