taking the pipe off at the bottom of rad would drain the rad and header but doesnt get it out of block , head and heater rad in car. maybe air should be used?

Park the Es Cos with the front lower than the back (or jack up the back a few inches), remove the rad cap, release the bottom hose (on rad) and also remove the thermostat bleed bolt (the one that is on the top face of the stat housing). Allow to drain fro at least 15 mins.

To actually get ALL the water out is very difficult, but you could try removing the spark plug leads and turning the engine over for a (few seconds only!!!!!).

Not sure 100% anti-freeze is a good idea Best to follow instructions on the product and dilute.

Edited: Also, heater controls to hot/heater and valve OPEN

As Doug says. I blew into the header tank too and this helped more come out. A 50:50 mix is usually best with anti-freeze

There is a 17mm (I think)bolt which goes into the back of the block near the engine number, this will drain the block

putting 100% coolant in will cause damage, is is designed to be diluted to 50:50 with water

Just take the rad-hose off( the lower one) and un-screw the bolt in the block(the one next(left) to the knock sensor on the turbo side
Then allow to drain for 10-20min... should do it

I suppose the only reason it that all of the anti freeze that is available in the UK is in concentrated form..........so it's supposed to be diluted to the correct strength with tap water. If you read on the back of the container that "this product can be used "neat" - no need to dilute" then maybe it would be ok.......also, in the Cossie owners handbook I think it does day to check.add anti-freeze to the correct strength
