Default wearing in a paddle clutch ???

Hi,

Had a new AP 4 paddle clutch fitted in the erst yesterday. One thing I noticed is that it is a lot more juddery than the old one, I know they are supposed to judder but my old 4 paddle never juddered this much ! Do they 'wear' in after a while so you get less judder ?

Yeah, mine too about 500 miles to settle down. I was running in at the time, so maybe some boost could speed it up a bit.

no, the flywheel has allready been lightened. The garage also said that when they took the old paddle clutch out the flywheel was in really good condition, no hot spots and dead flat, skimming it would of made no difference at all.......and cost me more money

I'll have to wear it in a bit I suppose

I had my flywheel re- faced when the engine was re- built, and after 3000 miles the clutch and flywheel were fucked.
