the recomended ford tension and the sequence to remove and tighten

The last torque setting is 55nm then a further 90 then another 90degree

NOW WHAT THE FCUK IS THAT ???

You need a flash Toruqe wrench with a gauge to find out exactly (on order)

Sequence is start at the middle work outwards in a figure of eight. Undo is reverse from the outside in.

flash torque wrench aint a prob as i got tools , just cant use em
