WTF is going on ???
Just changed to a new topic page and I was greated with the following text...... 
PassionFord is closed until further notice.
Due to the fact that PassionFord was growing really faster and faster, its needs were going well above those that I could give it as a hobby, without it to cause prejudice to the other sites I am running for my customers. Considering the really minimal thanks and respects Stu and I were given after 6 months of PF (for example when site got little downtimes or so), I consider it's useless to continue giving our time, and money, for this task.
Lots of you were really great, faithful, and thankful for this site, and I do not forget that. I am not talking about you.
I am rather talking about some people (you know who you are), always moaning, complaining, and criticizing our site, when it had little problems, that I have ALWAYS solved in the quickest time possible, keeping in mind that I also have a VERY hard job to do aside this, like Stu.
I do not forget too that we have been shamely copied several times, for features I developped, or even "some" people buying the same domain name as us (but in .co.uk) to redirect on their own site (shame on you, you know who you are too), and that doesn't either give me the will to carry on working for people behaving so shamely.
Like me, Stu was really affected by some remarks and bad sentences, about us and PF, when we were trying to give you the best site possible, for FREE, and to make it as perfect as possible. I think it's really a pity that all the great people that were on this board are punished because of a few other stupid ones, but it's like this, Stu and I are fed up, we can't take anymore.
Please do not judge Stu badly, or consider him as the guilty of anything, I am the only owner of my servers, and if PF is stopped, it's only because of my decision. We are thinking the same thing : lots of involvment for very few respect, and trust me, if it's not a problem for me (I live in another country, I don't know any of you personnaly etc.), it has really caused Stu sadness.
Stu is the only one of the board that I really know personnaly since we met, and who became a real friend to me (and I mean it) ; and as I don't want him to be hurt or to take the blame for my own choices, I prefer to stop everything now, rather than to continue working on this, Stu too, and getting less and less pleasure to do it.
To end, I will also say that nothing is erased, database is perfectly saved at my side, and if one day I consider that it's worth trying again, then you'll find PF exactly at the same state you left it, including all the posts, profiles, etc. It may, or may not.
Thanks to all that showed us respect and thankfulness, thanks to our great mods that did their job perfectly, thanks to Stu, and sorry for my english, which may not be perfect.

Phil, Everyone knows the notice is an old one but if that popped up on your screen I am sure you would post it up too.
As for dragging up the past to get their post count up......how is your new engine build coming on.

now sorted
be confident, it did not allow anyone to see any importan file nor PHP root script. It's just that the index.htm file was faulty and not found by apache, nothing more
