Anyone here work for the post office?, i need some help
basically i have had something sent from usa, twice now (within 1 mth of each other)and neither have arrived, i also have not had notification from customs or anything, i have checked my addy details to make sure the parcels were sent to right address, but wondered if there was anyway of checking with royal mail etc for these, as i phoned customs who were really unhelpful

If using ebay or any thing like this. I would always suggest some kind of tracking. No help now. Just add costs onto buyer.
It is fairly common in larger sorting offices that theft occurs. Mobile phones always go missing.
You can give RM a call but again wont be to helpful as no tracking number or proof of postings.

YEAH TIS VERY STRANGE THO i get lots of parcels etc sent and to date these are the only 2 to go missing, and they were sent about 1 month apart and in that time i have been sent lots of stuff, i have had 4 parcels since monday alone which is why i dont thin its theft tbh, very strange
