just a quick thank you to Bernie(the deer killer)aka the gearbox man....the gearbox is the bollox and anyone looking for a box for a 2wd cossie look no further

this the big tooth t5 one? whats it sound like in a car with the interior in? have only heard it in dingys

big tooth box Matt noisy yes but not bad.....hell of alot better than the last box when it blew up 4th and 5th quiet so on long runs will make no odds the whine only adds character to the car change is lovely and neat....

noise wont bother me really justin, just curious like, have you gone close ratio or std? also have you uprated the selector forks? (guess this makes a difference to the change?) personally i dont change gear like im trying to pull the box out like dingy so wasnt going to uprate the forks and keep std

TAF-X(CASTROL)its a full synthetic had to get my rep to trck some down for me gearchange is very positive,are you running a quickshift??

yep went for the uprated forks and I dont run a quickshift!!been told that you end up changeing gear quicker than the gearbox will if that makes sence...
